REFUND POLICY: All registrations are CONFIRMED reservations. Institutions are fully responsible for payment immediately upon registering. Cancellations must be made earlier than TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO the program to not be liable for payment. In the event that insufficient registration warrants cancellation of the program, you will be notified and a refund or credit memo will be issued.
