Your institution is fully responsible for payment immediately upon receipt of the registration form. Payment must be made prior to attendance unless prior arrangements have been made in advance. REFUND POLICY: All registrations are CONFIRMED reservations. Institutions are fully responsible for payment immediately upon registering. Cancellations must be made earlier than ONE WEEK PRIOR TO the program to not be liable for payment. In the event that insufficient registration warrants cancellation of the program, you will be notified and your check returned.
